The LAST grand prix of 2010 season. The final climax of the 2010 F1 Grand Prix season comes on Sunday 14 November 2010 in Abu Dhabi with four drivers still in with a chance of being world champion. Don’t miss the last Grand Prix of this season. Subscribe Now and Watch Abu Dhabi Grand Prix Live Online. If you have missed any race of this season, you can watch it from our Archive. Four drivers are still in with a chance of winning the Formula 1 racing championship ahead of the final grand prix in Abu Dhabi on Sunday 14 November 2010. But the constructors championship is done and dusted as a one-two from Red Bull in the Brazilian Grand Prix clinched the title.

Ferrari’s Fernando Alonso still leads the drivers championship despite only finishing third in Brazil. But he is only eight points ahead of Red Bull’s Mark Webber, who came second in Brazil, and fifteen points ahead of the winner in Brazil, Sebastian Vettel.

McLaren have not given up hope that their lead driver Lewis Hamilton can still steal the crown after his fourth in Brazil leaves him twenty-four points adrift. To overtake Alonso, he would need to win and Alonso not to finish in the top ten.

Abu Dhabi Grand Prix at Yas Marina
The Yas Marina circuit does not provide a particularly interesting climax to the Formula 1 racing season. There will be an engineering challenge to make sure the brake cooling systems are at peak efficiency as the main long straight ends in a tight bend. There are also some tricky twists and turns as the lap comes to an end that will test the drivers’ abilities as these will be crucial for those wanting to push lap times to the limit. Lewis Hamilton was on pole last year but Sebastian Vettel won the race.

The seventh race on the Formula One calendar is Istanbul and the two Red Bull drivers lead the championship. Mark Webber wants his third win in a row. Mark Webber and his Red Bull team are on a high going into Sunday’s (30 May 2010) Turkish Grand Prix. Back-to-back Formula One wins in Spain and Monaco have taken Red Bull to the top of the constructors’ championship and Webber to join top of the drivers’ championship with his team mate Sebastian Vettel. Subscribe Now and Watch Turkish Grand Prix 2010 Live Online.

The Istanbul track is another of the modern circuits but more interesting for spectators and drivers than some of the other recent additions, Bahrain for example. A big difficulty here will be keeping tyre wear under control and some teams may opt for two tyre stops.

The first tyre problem will be early on when the cars are fully loaded with fuel and they have to handle the long turn eight. There are also enough twists and turns on the track to put pressure on the tyres throughout the race.
Getting the right set-up will be important and tricky as the circuit is a mix of fast straights and fast and slow corners.
Jenson Button won the race from pole last year.

Watch F1 Monaco Grand Prix Live Online at www.watchf1.net. Reigning world champion Jenson Button will start the Monaco Grand Prix on Sunday (16 May 2010) with a narrow lead in the drivers’ standings after only managing fifth place in last weekend’s Spanish Grand Prix. And team McLaren still lead the constructors’ championship despite Lewis Hamilton crashing out with a puncture in Barcelona one lap from the end. All eyes in Spain though were on the Red Bull team, which were easily the fastest cars on the circuit and came in first with Mark Webber and third with Sebastian Vettel – it would have been a one-two if not for a poor pit stop and technical problems near the end. Fernando Alonso capitalised on Vettel’s problems to take second place and move up to second in the drivers’ championship.

Nico Rosberg, who was second going into the Barcelona race, had a poor qualifying and even worse race and ended up thirteenth, dropping him down to fifth in what is turning into a tight battle. The top seven in the championship are separated by just twenty-one points and a win this season is worth twenty-five points.

Spain was the turn of Rosberg’s Mercedes team mate Michael Schumacher to shine and he held off a challenge from Button to hold onto fourth place.

There were also congratulations in Spain to the Virgin team that managed to get both its drivers home for the first time.

Monaco Grand Prix

The tight street circuit in Monte Carlo is the most famous in the Formula One calendar, and the fun is likely to start in final qualifying on Saturday. There have been problems with overcrowding in qualifying before on this circuit but with twenty-four cars this year it could end in chaos and tears. With overtaking notoriously difficult, qualifying is extremely important and that should favour the extra speed the Red Bull team seems to have found.

The course is one that favours the brave but not the reckless as only a small deviation from the racing line can send the car into a metal barrier or kerb.

The event will now use the 3.9 mile endurance circuit, which incorporates an extra six turns as well as the majority of the configuration used in recent years. The additional track leaves the circuit just after turn four, sweeping left then right before entering a slower complex and finally a hairpin that rejoins at the old turn five. The new layout has been used in endurance sports car racing in the past and the circuit chairman Zayed R. Alzayani is hoping it will suit the 26-car Formula One grid for 2010.

This race is sponsored by Gulf Air. The Bahrain International Circuit began in 2002 and by the time he finished it was so great that it overshadowed by Kuwait Circuit and was the core of motor racing circuits in the Persian Gulf. The first race was in 2004 and is host to a lot of racing events including Formula One, GT Racing, Formula 3 race and the Australian V8 Supercars Series. This year is a new configuration called endurance circuits, which rounds kilomters 6299 and will turn left just after four. The event began in 2004 with Michael Schumacher winning the first time. The following year, it was Fernando Alonso who took the top podium position, and won again in 2006, which he remembered as the first driver to win two races back to return to the Middle East. Felipe Massa also has the honor of winning two races on this circuit, and last year it was Jenson Button win Brawn GP. You can watch f1 racing live by your membership at www.watchf1.net. The Brazilian Grand Prix is round 16 of the 2009 Formula 1 World Championship and takes place at Interlagos in Sao Paolo on October 18th. Watch Brazilian GP live online at www.watchf1.net by Watch F1 HQ tv feeds.

Red Bull driver Sebastian Vettel kept his F1 title hopes alive with a convincing victory last time out in the Japanese Grand Prix at Suzuka. Championship leader Jenson Button had another frustrating weekend and his Brawn GP team-mate Rubens Barrichello finished ahead of him to further narrow the gap in the title race. Find out if Button can stop the rot by watching live Formula 1 streaming at www.watchf1.net.

Interlagos has been the setting for several memorable Formula 1 title deciders. In 2007 Ferrari’s Kimi Raikkonen sensationally pipped McLaren driver Lewis Hamilton to the crown. Last year it was Hamilton’s turn to celebrate as he beat Ferrari’s Felipe Massa to the Formula 1 World Championship on the final lap. Watch Button’s bid to win his maiden F1 title by registering to see the 2009 Brazilian Grand Prix live online at www.watchf1.net.

Brazilian Grand PrixThe 2009 Brazilian GP will take place over 71 laps of the 4.309 km (2.677 miles) Interlagos circuit, giving a total Grand Prix distance of 305.909 km (190.067 miles). Watch all the action with live online F1 coverage at www.livef1.net and discover if anyone can break Juan-Pablo Montoya’s lap record of 1 minute, 11.473 seconds, which has stood since 2004.

Interlagos is unusual as it runs in an anti-clockwise direction, placing unfamiliar strains on the Formula 1 driver’s necks. There are several good passing opportunities on the undulating track, most notably into the tight, downhill turn one. Rain is not an uncommon occurrence during the Brazilian GP. Follow the Grand Prix live online at www.watchf1.net to see if the weather will be kind to the drivers this year.

Vettel will be highly motivated to record consecutive Grand Prix victories and turn up the heat on Formula 1 point leader Jenson Button. Barrichello will be desperate to win in front of his fanatical home crowd. See if either driver can keep their title hopes alive by watching live online Formula 1 coverage at www.watchf1.net. Other drivers who impressed at Suzuka were Lewis Hamilton (third for McLaren), Nico Rosberg (fifth for Williams) and Nick Heidfeld (sixth for BMW Sauber).

Toyota’s Jarno Trulli had a strong run in Japan to finish second. His team-mate Timo Glock will be hoping to be back to full fitness after feeling unwell at Suzuka and suffering a nasty crash during qualifying. A subscription to Watch F1 provides not only live Formula 1 streaming of the 2009 Brazilian GP, but also access to highlights and live online coverage of other major racing series, including MotoGP and NASCAR.
